Welcome to the products and services provided by Marklife.

To use the Marklife App (hereinafter referred to as "this Software") and its services, please carefully read and comply with this Software License and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Be sure to read, fully understand, and choose whether to accept each clause, especially those that exempt or limit liability. Limitation or exemption clauses may be highlighted in bold or other forms.

Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement, you will not be able to use the Software and related services properly. Downloading, installation, account registration, login, or use constitutes agreement to this Agreement.

1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms

1. By downloading, registering, logging in, or using this Application, you agree to this Software License and Service Agreement, relevant policies, and future updates, which constitute a legally effective contract between you and Marklife.

2. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, please stop registering, logging in, and using the Application.

2. Changes and Notifications of Agreement

1. Marklife is entitled to adjust this Agreement as needed. If the Agreement is changed or revised, notifications will be issued via in-app or web announcements.

2. If you continue using the services after such changes, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you disagree, please stop using the service and may apply to cancel your account.

3. For significant changes, Marklife will notify users in-app via pop-ups, push, or internal message to ensure full awareness. If you do not agree with the latest terms, you may stop using the service and apply for account cancellation.

3. User Account Registration and Security

1. Account Registration: Users can freely register and create a personal account, providing true, accurate, and updated information.

2. Account and Password Security: Keep your account and password secure. Any action using this account will be considered as by the user themselves, who bear full responsibility. If unauthorized use occurs, take actions immediately and notify Marklife.

3. Account Management and Cancellation: If an account is not used for a long period, Marklife may suspend, deactivate, or delete the account per business rules. Users can also initiate account cancellation in the app. Related personal data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.

4. User Code of Conduct

When using Marklife products and services, users must comply with local laws and this Agreement, including but not limited to NOT:

· Publishing, transmitting, or spreading illegal, false, infringing, harassing, insulting, discriminatory, or other inappropriate information or content;

· Infringing upon others’ intellectual property, reputation, privacy, or other legitimate rights and interests;

· Publishing unauthorized ads, spam, malicious programs, or codes;

· Engaging in malicious behaviors affecting normal product operation or network security;

· Imitating or impersonating others to register or use accounts, or committing fraud.

If users violate the above, Marklife may, at its discretion, take measures including warning, deleting content, restricting functions, freezing or cancelling accounts, and reserves the right to report to authorities. The user bears all legal responsibility arising therefrom.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

1. Content uploaded or published via the App (text, images, audio, video, etc.) must be legal and not infringe upon others’ rights; disputes are borne by the user themselves.

2. Copyright of uploaded content belongs to the user, but the user authorizes Marklife to reasonably use such content worldwide for operating or service improvement, unless otherwise stipulated by law or by both parties.

3. If a third party asserts rights over in-App content, users must actively assist Marklife in dispute resolution and indemnify the company.

4. Rights holders should prepare legal documentation and contact Marklife for timely handling of complaints or reports.

6. Third-party Services and Links

1. This product/service may integrate third-party services (payment, login, sharing, analytics, etc.); these are governed by their own terms and policies.

2. Users should read and comply with such terms when using third-party services; disputes/losses arising therefrom are the responsibility of the third party.

3. When using third-party services (social login, payment, analytics, advertising), third parties may collect and process your personal information. Marklife recommends you carefully read and agree to third-party user agreements and privacy policies before use. Third-party data risks are borne by the third party.

7. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

1. Marklife is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or function unavailability due to force majeure, network failure, technical issues, or third-party causes, but will assist users as much as possible.

2. Losses caused by users themselves (such as account leakage, misoperation) are borne by the users.

3. The accuracy, legality, and completeness of content sent or spread via Marklife is the responsibility of the content publisher. Marklife is not liable for content but may handle alleged non-compliance at its discretion.

4. Where laws have mandatory provisions, such provisions apply.

5. In case of force majeure, network security events, or system failures affecting user data/information, Marklife will take timely remedies and assist users in minimizing losses. Users are also advised to back up important data regularly and enhance risk awareness.

8. Agreement Termination and Account Cancellation

1. Users may stop using or request account cancellation at any time. Marklife may suspend, discontinue, or terminate some or all services for major violations and delete account information.

2. Upon termination/cancellation, Marklife will handle your personal information/data per law and agreements.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. This Agreement does not specifically refer to the law of any jurisdiction; law and dispute resolution will refer to the user’s location and international conventions. If negotiations fail, claims may be made at the court for Marklife’s registered location or as stipulated by applicable law.

2. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, the validity of other provisions remains unaffected.

10. Contact Us

If you have inquiries, suggestions, complaints, or reports, contact us via in-app “Contact Us”, the website, or customer service. Marklife will assist and deal with it in compliance with laws and agreements.

11. Supplementary Provisions

1. This Agreement takes effect from the date of publication/update. The final interpretation and amendment rights belong to Shenzhen Marklife Technology Co., Ltd.

2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement and holds equal legal force. User registration and/or use of services implies acceptance of both.

3. If you are a minor, use this product/service with guardian consent and under their supervision. Marklife will protect the legal rights of minors as per the law.
